Covid 19 Update – 26 March 2020
In light of the current situation and in keeping with government advice, as many of our office based staff as possible are now working from home. We are working hard to maintain our service levels with the new approach. We have a small team of staff still based in the office to ensure that we can continue to provide the usual service that members expect with regard to Claims. If you are unable to get through to our team, we use an external service provider who will take messages and forward them to us and our staff will call you back at the first available opportunity. We appreciate your patience at this time.
We feel it is important to provide our members and intermediaries with regular updates. If you have supplied us with an email address, you will have received email updates. If you haven’t registered an email with us, you can read the updates by clicking the links on our Home page.

Our office is open between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. A message service is available outside of those hours and we will get back to you when the office next opens. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.

Existing members – Topping up an existing plan
Unfortunately due to current circumstances we are unable to take top up payments over the phone. However, you can still contact us to obtain bank details so that you can make a bank transfer to us. Alternatively, you can make a secure debit card top up payment online by visiting the following pages.
