Payroll POIS Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This Free Prize Draw is only open to members of POIS, part of Foresters Friendly Society aged 16 and over, who have transferred payroll deductions for their POIS savings plan to Direct Debit by the closing date (15/03/2025).
2. Employees or agencies of Foresters Friendly Society or their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entry to this Free Prize Draw will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
4. To enter the Free Prize Draw you must transfer your payroll deductions for your POIS savings plan to Direct Debit with POIS, part of Foresters Friendly Society by completing the Direct Debit mandate form. 5. Any personal information entrants provide will be processed by POIS, part of Foresters Friendly Society and used to run the prize draw and to administer the fulfilment of Prizes. 6. Only one entry per member will be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
7. POIS accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
8. The closing date for online entries for the Prize Draw is midnight on 15/03/2025.
9. There is a single prize of £1000 Prezzee eGift Card, that can be swapped, in full or in part, for over 200 of the UK’s favourite brands.
10. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
11. The winner will be notified by email by 31/03/2025. If the winner does not respond to POIS by 14/04/2025, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and POIS shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and POIS shall be entitled to select another winner.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects of the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
13. The Promoter of this Free Prize Draw is POIS, Third Floor, Enterprise House, Ocean Way, Ocean Village, Southampton, SO14 3XB.
