Open a Junior ISA Account - Online JISA Application - POIS

Apply for a Junior ISA

The Junior ISA can be set up by parents/guardians for children under 18 years of age. Children aged 16 and 17 can open a Junior ISA themselves. Monthly contributions or lump sum investments must be paid from a UK bank account.

Our Junior ISA is provided by Foresters Friendly Society, which owns POIS. When you begin your application, you’ll be taken to the Foresters Friendly Society secure application page.

If you already hold a Junior ISA with Foresters (taken out before 6th April 2020) and are paying a monthly contribution of less than £26, please call us on 0800 622 417 if you wish to open a Junior ISA for an additional child at the same monthly amount. The minimum monthly amount you can set up online is £26.

You can also move money from other savings such as a Child Trust Fund or another Junior ISA by selecting the Transfer option when applying online, then print and return the Transfer form provided to us by post so Foresters Friendly Society can process your transfer request. If you would prefer to do this just by post, please call us on 0800 622 417 so we can send the forms you’ll need.
